SportsGiving is the brand name of the fundraising platform operating within, and fully owned by Race Nation Limited, a limited company incorporated in Jersey in the UK Channel Islands, company registration number 115053, with its registered address at First Floor, Windward House, La Route de la Liberation, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 1BG.

These Terms and Conditions are issued on behalf of the RaceNation Group. When we refer to "RaceNation," "SportsGiving," "we," "our," or "us," we mean any one or all entities of the group.
